Processing Time
All of our products are customized to your personal needs.
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days
- Custom designs may take longer depending on complexity
- You will be contacted if any additional time is needed
Printing Times
Every order is made to order and printed in-house.
- Orders under 100 keychains or tokens and under 25 medallions are typically completed within 1–5 business days.
- Orders of 100+ keychains or tokens or 25+ medallions may require 2-4 business weeks to complete, depending on order size and current production volume.
- If you have a specific deadline, tournament, or event date, please let us know when placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your timeline and keep you updated throughout the production process.
Custom Orders
Because every item is custom:
- Small variations in color or finish may occur
- Final designs are based on the files or details you provide
- If needed, we may contact you to finalize your design before printing

Once your order is printed and packaged, it will be shipped ASAP.
